Expressive aromas of golden apple, pear, and apricot, with hints of orange peel, honey, and almond blossom. A touch of vanilla and white raisin adds depth.
👅 On the Palate:
Smooth and rounded with a lively freshness. Ripe orchard fruit mingles with light caramel, citrus zest, and a subtle nuttiness. A fine balance between sweetness and acidity gives it a bright, clean finish.
🍽 Food Pairing:
Perfect as an apéritif—serve over ice with a twist of orange peel, or mix with tonic and fresh mint. Pairs beautifully with salted almonds, olives, pâté, or creamy blue cheese.
⏳ Enjoyment Window:
Best enjoyed young and fresh, though it holds well for 2–3 years after bottling. Once opened, keep refrigerated and enjoy within a few weeks.
