This glorious gin celebrates the new season of growth. A sweet, floral & uplifting gin with handpicked primrose and blackthorn from our farm, fragrant wildflower blossom, hints of rose & chamomile.
With a limited run of only 1400 bottles, each individually numbered, this is a unique and rare hand-crafted gin.
Nose: Wild flowers and waxy buttercups marry on the nose with orange blossom and grapefruit zest. White chocolate coated macadamia appear with a bouquet of rose and chamomile.
Taste: Saffron from fresh crocus, black pepper and chamomile combine to give a sweet, floral taste.
Finish: Pink rose petals return with juniper pine resin.
