👃 On the Nose:
Aromatic and lifted, with notes of fresh lemon, green apple, and white peach mingling with hints of lime blossom and crushed seashell. A whisper of salinity evokes the nearby ocean.

👅 On the Palate:
Bright and lively with mouthwatering acidity. Flavours of citrus, crisp pear, and stone fruit unfold over a mineral core. Light-bodied yet textured, with a clean, zippy finish that leaves a trace of sea spray and citrus peel.

🍽 Food Pairing:
Made for seafood—think grilled prawns, octopus, oysters, or ceviche. Also lovely with sushi, fresh salads, or soft cheeses like Tetilla or burrata.

⏳ Ageing Potential:
Best enjoyed young for its freshness and vibrancy, but can develop added nuance over 2–3 years.
