A wine of wanderlust and elegance, The Gypsy is Ken Forrester’s ode to the untamed beauty of the Cape—a Rhône-style blend infused with exotic perfume, spice, and sensuality. This is no ordinary GSM—it’s rich, aromatic, and endlessly intriguing, with layers that unfold like a well-told story.
🌹 Lush, Spicy, and Unapologetically Alluring:
The nose is intoxicating—lychee, rosewater, jasmine, and ripe mango swirl with hints of spice and wild herbs. On the palate, it’s bold yet graceful—ripe red fruit and floral notes interwoven with supple tannins, silky texture, and a whisper of earth. Complex, dry, and deeply satisfying.

Perfect with lamb chops, beef short ribs, or North African-spiced vegetables. Its exotic flair and structure make it a standout with smoky, grilled, or herb-laced dishes.
