🌸 Weingut Ziereisen ‘Schmätterling’ Rosé
Baden | Germany
Style: Dry Rosé
This isn’t just a rosé—it’s a flutter of flavour, aptly named Schmätterling (butterfly), capturing the essence of a breezy summer day in the Black Forest hills.
🍓 Tasting Notes:
Delicately hued, this rosé opens with aromas of wild strawberries, white cherries, and a soft floral lift. The palate is crisp and bone-dry, with hints of cranberry, grapefruit zest, and a whisper of herbal minerality, finishing fresh and ultra-refined.
🍽️ Perfect Pairing:
Delicious with grilled prawns, fresh goat cheese, or herb-tossed salads.
Light as air but full of character, Schmätterling dances across the palate with poise and personality—Ziereisen’s artisanal touch in every sip. A true rosé for wine lovers who crave precision and elegance.
