🍇 Elegant, Textural, and Effortlessly Refreshing
A modern Australian sparkler—polished yet playful, perfect for any occasion.
🍷 In the Glass
Brilliant pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles dancing through the glass.
👃 On the Nose
Intriguing notes of struck match and flint intertwine with ripe stone fruits, creamy brioche, and a faint whisper of toasted almond.
🥂 On the Palate
Expressive yet finely balanced, showing a stony, mineral-driven core with layers of white peach and subtle burnt lemon. Zesty lime and crisp green apple brighten the finish, which is fresh without being overly sharp. A silky mousse adds a touch of luxury to every sip.
🍽️ Food Pairing
An excellent aperitif on its own, or pair with freshly shucked oysters, smoked salmon blinis, tempura prawns, or a creamy mushroom vol-au-vent.
⏳ Ageing Potential
Beautifully approachable now for its vibrant fruit and texture; can age gracefully for 2–4 years to develop more creamy complexity.
💫 Why You’ll Love It
Idée Fixe Premier Brut Blanc de Blancs strikes the perfect balance—refined yet easygoing, with enough depth to impress and enough freshness to keep you coming back for more. A sparkling expression of Australian charm in every flute.
