🌟 A luminous Blanc de Blancs—precise, creamy, and irresistibly elegant.
👁 In the Glass:
Pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles—a shimmering, refined mousse.
👃 On the Nose:
Delicate yet complex. Aromas of white peach, lemon zest, fresh brioche, and toasted almonds unfold with hints of chalk and acacia blossom.
👅 On the Palate:
Silky and focused. A vibrant core of citrus, green apple, and stone fruit glides across a creamy texture with notes of hazelnut, pastry, and mineral purity. The finish is long, dry, and exquisitely balanced.
🍽 Food Pairing:
A perfect aperitif or companion to oysters, ceviche, sushi, or truffle risotto. Also sublime with aged Comté or delicate poultry dishes.
⏳ Ageing Potential:
Superb now but will evolve gracefully for 5–10 years, gaining deeper toasty complexity.
✨ Why You’ll Love It:
Charles Heidsieck’s Blanc de Blancs is a Champagne of rare poise—vibrant and precise with luxurious depth. A benchmark for Chardonnay purity and one of the finest expressions of its kind.
