Planteray Stiggins’ Fancy Original Dark Rum 70cl 40%

Planteray Stiggins’ Fancy Original Dark Rum 70cl 40%

A tribute to the Charles Dickens character Reverend Stiggins, who preached temperance between nips of his beloved “pineapple rum.” Stiggins’ Fancy starts with the very tiny but very tasty Victoria pineapples, cut by hand; the barks of the pineapple are infused and redistilled in Planteray 3 Stars rum, while the sweet flesh of the fruit is immersed in our Original Dark rum. The team at Planteray Rum tested dozens and dozens of different varieties of pineapple before choosing the Victoria pineapple for its perfect level of sweetness and delicious flavour. They still gather several times a year to still to hand cut every single pineapple that makes Stiggins’ Fancy so unique. The bartender’s favourite for spectacular cocktail!!
