Three Choirs Cellar Door Bacchus White 2021 75cl 11.5%
An elegant, dry and aromatic single varietal wine, with distinctive hints of elderflower and nettle on the nose, a crisp herbaceous palate and a subtle vanilla finish from the gentle oak ageing, giving a long, but delicate finish.
About this producer
This is England, but not as you know her. Vines rustle here instead of oak leaves. There are no ancient castles, but our historic vineyards still have stories to tell. Yes, here at Three Choirs in Gloucestershire, we are 75 acres of England. But we are also Tuscany and Bordeaux. Welcome to our vineyard.
