The ‘Ánforas’ red wine is made from 70% old vine Monastrell, 20% Arcos and 10% Bonicaire (aka Trepat). Aged in ceramic jars, it is bottled early to capture the freshness of the fruit. Discovered at a favourite bar in Valencia it’s a lovely bright juicy red, with black and red berry fruits, a touch of pepper too. Best served slightly cool to encapsulate all the lovely crunchy, freshness of the wine.
