Third generation winemakers in the heart of Chablis produce this elegant, yet lively wine from their 13 hectares of vineyards. Their focus is on low yields for expressive and concentrated fruit.
The fresh fruit profile with hints of dried fruit and floral notes pairs well with rich seafood dishes such as crayfish in butter sauce, grilled langoustine or vegetable terrine.
