The third and final edition in Skye distillery Torabhaig’s Legacy Series is here! Cnoc Na Moine, which translates as ‘hill of peat’ from Scottish Gaelic, has been matured in ex-bourbon, Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks for a profound spectrum of flavour. Made from Concerto barley peated to 55-60ppm and fermented with pinnacle MG+ yeast, it’s a vibrant, fruit-driven release with well-integrated smoke, presented and natural colour with no chill-filtration.
