Straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections and a fine and long perlage. It has refined aromas of acacia, peach and pineapple, is rounded and elegant on the palate with hints of ripe fruits and a fresh and moderate acidity on the finish.
Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif or with white meats, light seafood dishes and creamy cheeses.
